Transit Oriented Development Workshop

Downtown Tracy Pumpkin Patch

(October 4, 2019) The Tracy City Center Association (TCCA/Downtown Tracy) is proud to announce its first annual Downtown Pumpkin Patch experience from October 5th- October 27th, 2019 at the Cose Family lot (6th Street & Central Avenue). Valley Link – Feasibility Report

(June 7, 2019) The Tri-Valley-San Joaquin Valley Regional Rail Authority has released its Valley Link light rail project feasibility report. The 840-page report is available online and a public meeting to release the report is scheduled at 2 p.m. Wednesday, June 10 at Tracy City Hall, 333 Civic Center Plaza. Downtown Tracy Light Rail Video

(July 25, 2018) - Downtown Tracy is one step closer to having a light rail stop at the Tracy Transit Station. The Tri-Valley/San Joaquin Valley Regional Rail Authority approved the Downtown Tracy stop as one of its initial phase one service (between the Dublin/Pleasanton BART Station and the North Lathrop Intermodal ACE Station) to begin as early as 2024.
