Valley Link – Feasibility Report

The Tri-Valley-San Joaquin Valley Regional Rail Authority has released its Valley Link light rail project feasibility report. The 840-page report is available online and a public meeting to release the report is scheduled at 2 p.m. Wednesday, June 10 at Tracy City Hall, 333 Civic Center Plaza.
