Property Owners, Merchants, Board and Community Members:

The Tracy City Center Association (TCCA) is seeking Stakeholders who desire to serve on our Board of Directors or as an Executive Officer. We are seeking active, committed, positive, and productive nominees who want to be part of our team, whose goal is to improve our downtown district. The two-year term for new Board positions begins with our fiscal year on July 1st, 2019 and ends June 30th, 2021. You may nominate yourself or someone else to the Board. Please keep in mind Board members are expected to:

  • Actively participate in one of the Board Committees
  • Help raise funds for the Board and its activities
  • Support the goals and policies of the Board (see the linked packet file: pages 4-7)
  • Attend all regular meetings of the Board and applicable committees

Please find a nomination form on pages 9 and 10 of the packet. The packet also includes:

  • Board nomination letter that includes a description of the Tracy City Center Association (TCCA) and what is expected by our board members
  • Our committee structure with the functions and duties of each committee
  • A map of our downtown showing our district boundaries for reference
  • A list of our current TCCA board members and those whose terms end June 30th, 2019
  • TCCA Board of Directors Nomination Form

Nomination forms are due Friday, May 17th, 2019. The selected nominees for the open Board seats and Executive Officers will be announced at our Annual Elections meeting to be held on Thursday, June 13th, 2019 at 8:10 a.m. at the Tracy Transit Center in room #103.
