Facade Improvement Grant Program 2017-2018

The City of Tracy has established a Façade Improvement Program to help strengthen the revitalization of Downtown Tracy (the targeted area). July 15, 2017 - CNBC's recent story (interview with Mayor Robert Rickman), regarding the growth of distribution/fulfillment centers, highlights the trickle down effect to local businesses and Downtown Tracy specifically.
