(July 25, 2018) – Downtown Tracy is one step closer to having a light rail stop at the Tracy Transit Station. The Tri-Valley/San Joaquin Valley Regional Rail Authority approved the Downtown Tracy stop as one of its initial phase one service (between the Dublin/Pleasanton BART Station and the North Lathrop Intermodal ACE Station) to begin as early as 2024.
