Property Owners, Merchants, Board and Community Members: 
On behalf of the Tracy City Center Association (TCCA) Board of Directors, we are pleased to share the attached 2025 Board Election Nomination Packet. This process is an important opportunity for property owners, business tenants, and community representatives to help shape the future of Downtown Tracy through active participation and leadership.
The TCCA Board plays a vital role in advancing our district’s mission to foster a vibrant, safe, and economically thriving downtown. Board members collaborate on key initiatives related to beautification, business support, events, and community engagement—all with the shared goal of making downtown a destination for residents, visitors, and entrepreneurs alike.
If you are interested in serving—or know someone who would make a great addition to the Board—please review the enclosed materials and submit a completed Nomination Form along with any required documentation.
Nomination Deadline:
All nomination materials must be submitted to the TCCA President no later than seven (7) days prior to the Election Meeting on December 11th, 2025.
Submissions may be sent by email to tcca@tracycitycenter.com, delivered in person, or mailed to: Tracy City Center Association, 17 E. 6th Street, Suite 225, Tracy, CA 95376. Please be certain to include a copy of your recent property tax assessment bill along with the nomination form.
Candidate names and qualifications will be circulated at least fourteen (14) days before the Election Meeting. Additional nominations may also be made by the Board during the meeting, as permitted by the bylaws.
We encourage all eligible property owners and business representatives to take part in this important civic process and continue helping to shape the future of our downtown district. Your voice, perspective, and participation make a difference.

Nomination forms are due December 4th, 2025 . The selected nominees for the open Board seats and Executive Officers will be announced at our Annual Elections meeting to be held on Thursday, December 11th, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. at the Tracy Transit Center in room #103.
