It’s fall y’all! That means Halloween is right around the corner. On Saturday, October 23rd, bring your family out (in their best costumes, of course) for our annual trick-or-treating event.  27 merchants along 10th St., Central Ave., and 6th St. will be open to fill your candy bags! Princesses, goblins, and zombies- oh my! TCCA's will host their annual Halloween Festivities in Downtown Tracy on Saturday, October 27th from 2pm to 5pm. Bring your little monsters for trick-or-treating in downtown where businesses will hand out candy (while supplies last).
