Princesses, goblins, and zombies- oh my! TCCA's will host their annual Halloween Festivities in Downtown Tracy on Saturday, October 27th from 2pm to 5pm. Bring your little monsters for trick-or-treating in downtown where businesses will hand out candy (while supplies last). APA will open the event by performing in front of the DJ booth on 10th St. at 2pm.
